Patient Pay is here!

NeuroVisual Trainer has always given you the freedom and flexibility to use our platform as best suits your patients, your practice, and your business needs. NVT's competitive & convenient per-patient-per-month billing makes it an easy choice to offer your patients for their home therapy.

We have heard from several of our vision therapy partner clinics that they would like an option for NVT to bill patients directly, rather than to their clinic's credit card. As always, your feedback is helping to make NeuroVisual Trainer the best VT platform available!

The next time you click INVITE PATIENT, you'll be able to select whether they will be billed directly, or to your clinic's card on file. If you choose "Patient Pays," the patient will be prompted to enter their credit card information as they finish setting up their account.

You can also change the default setting for your clinic's overall billing to "Patient Pays" with a new dropdown option in the Payment Method section of your NVT Billing Tab:

No matter your default preference, you can always change things on a case-by-case basis; just click the View and Edit User button on that patient's account, and select your billing preference from the dropdown.

Once Patient Pays is selected, the patient will be billed automatically, for each month they are active in your clinic's NeuroVisual Trainer account. They can cancel at any time, and will no longer be charged when their account is archived.

Given the importance of security in online transactions, please rest assured that your patients' payment information will be encrypted and securely processed by one of the most trusted payment processing platforms in the industry.

Remember that Patient Pays is simply an additional billing option for those clinics that might benefit from offloading the cost of their patients' NVT licenses. It is completely optional, and all patients must still use NVT under the supervision and direction of their vision care specialist. Be sure to click the BILLING tab in your NeuroVisual Trainer account to review all the new details, including pricing.

Multilingual Video Exercises

NVT has always allowed users to select English, French or Spanish for menus & instructions. We are very excited now to introduce multilingual support for our comprehensive video library. Over the next few weeks, users with French or Spanish selected as their default in NeuroVisual Trainer, will find more and more video exercises with audio in their preferred language.

This new addition is all part of our mission to break down barriers and make vision therapy accessible to as many people as possible.
